We hope not. There is still time to ensure we don’t. A new website (below), created by a group of independent and concerned property owners, takes a look at this and other issues.
It seems to us that ever since the current board rejected meeting at the fire station, members believe it has isolated itself. There’s little choice other than zoom, outdoors at the Dyer pavilion, or at a private residence to get first-hand board information. Very few members attend. There are a lot of unanswered questions. For example, where will the upcoming annual member meeting be held? Social media, in an attempt to fill the void has run amok with hype and myths. Neighbors blame each other for all sorts of misdeeds. It looks like a new website (above) has offered a report in an effort to dispel some of this hyped misinformation so we can return to some semblance of reality. We expect that about half the community will mindlessly dismiss this report as nothing more some than lies, or some kind of hit piece on the status quo, and the other half may consider the insight provides – no matter what the supporting facts indicate. But in the end, we believe this new perspective will be a positive factor to separate the chaff from the facts.
Then there is the propaganda at

and the propaganda at

You decided which matters.
