Many members have already received their ballots, and early voting has started with an unusual twist – how and where their votes are counted. Before you vote, you may want to check the latest information available online from websites targeted at the SCPOA voter. Two of them are for candidates battling it out to win the election. One site is from members with an an interest in the election’s outcome. We encourage you to check out each carefully and decide for yourself. As part of your decision, you may want to consider that once you’ve voted, your ballots will be entrusted to the inspector of election Karon Holley, and her two colleges (all close friends of candidate Mr. Pullin) and counted at the residence of one the inspectors’ residence Feb 25th, 2023. It is not known how members can observe the counting process. The question remains, will the Association members win? The Sentinel has not officially endorsed any candidate or any group of candidates. We believe, win or lose, the choice should be left to the voters.
